Painting
Most home repair, improvement, or remodeling projects require painting. Painting is not A.W. FOR SOLUTION’s main profile but part of many jobs, and many customers have called me the cleanest painter during my professional career. My distinguished edging technique mainly eliminates masking tape usage between the wall and ceiling.
A.W. FOR SOLUTION’s specialty is detailed interior painting without interruption. It means your everyday activity could happen in the home or office while it’s being painted. The painted area doesn’t have to be emptied; only the necessary items will be moved from the wall, creating a three-foot-clear pathway. Other items and the floor will be covered temporarily, and the coverages will be moved while the painting advances.
A.W. FOR SOLUTION mainly handles interior painting, the preferred method being roller painting over spray painting. Smaller, detail-oriented outdoor paint or staining projects are also in the scope, where spray painting isn’t suitable.
Electrical and plumbing
Property owners are exempt from Florida law requiring a licensed electrician or plumber to perform electrical or plumbing work on their property. With A.W. FOR SOLUTION’s expertise and instruction, we can successfully tackle most of the jobs around your property.
We don’t think about them, but we use them every day. However, the flapper in the toilet wears out in about five years, and the refill valve will malfunction after 5-8 years due to mineral deposits in the water. Faucets begin to leak usually after ten years, if not earlier. Garbage disposals could get rusted or worn even in a shorter time. Properly functioning plumbing is essential in everyday life.
Installing or replacing light fixtures or smoke detectors, troubleshooting faulty switches or outlets, or retrofitting light fixtures to LED are just a few examples of the many electrical tasks around your property. The National Electrical Code (NEC) dictates many electrical repairs or installation rules, and all work will comply with them.
Older buildings may not be adequately equipped with GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) receptacles, which can save lives in wet locations. For your safety, A.W. FOR SOLUTION recommends upgrading your old receptacles in accordance with the newest NEC guidelines and installing them in your kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, garage, or outdoors.
